This company participated in a sleepy category that was paid minimal attention.  Upon P&L analysis, Terrell Marketing Group discovered this line of products was actually the highest profit contributor in the company – both in percent and in dollars.  Terrell Marketing Group was asked to rejuvenate this line of products.  The result was a significant increase in both the number of items offered and in retail shelf space.  The program was a tremendous success and grew profit dollars over 25%.
